We deliver fresh groceries straight to your doorstep in Munich and nearby areas, fast, reliable, and hassle-free.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Munich and surrounding areas, approximately a 30 km radius from Ottobrunn.

If your location is outside our delivery zone, delivery options may not be available at checkout.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Same-day or next-day delivery may be available depending on order time, delivery capacity, and product availability.

Shipping Fees

Free Delivery on Orders Above €20

  • Standard delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
  • Free delivery applies automatically for eligible orders above €20.
  • Delivery availability may depend on your address and delivery zone.

Store Pickup

Customers may also choose Pickup at checkout if they prefer to collect their order directly from GroceryMarkt.

No delivery fee applies to pickup orders. Once your order is ready, you can collect it from our store/pickup location.

Please collect pickup orders on time, especially if your order includes fresh, chilled, or frozen products.

Order Processing

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. Once your order is prepared, packed, dispatched, or made ready for pickup, it may no longer be modified or cancelled.

Missed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the selected delivery period.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or missing contact information, re-delivery may not be guaranteed and additional charges may apply.

Delivery Conditions

We take great care to ensure your groceries arrive fresh and in good condition.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to traffic, weather, high order volume, stock availability, or other operational factors.

Fresh, Chilled and Frozen Items

Fresh, chilled, and frozen products should be received or collected promptly to maintain product quality.

After successful delivery or pickup, customers are responsible for storing products appropriately according to the product type.
