6. Delivery, Pickup and Fresh Products

Because GroceryMarkt sells grocery and fresh food products, delivery times, pickup preparation times, product availability, and product quality may be affected by stock levels, supplier availability, weather, traffic, operational capacity, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

Fresh items such as fruits, vegetables, chilled products, frozen products, and other perishable goods may naturally vary in size, color, shape, ripeness, weight, and appearance.

If you select store pickup, you are responsible for collecting your order from the specified GroceryMarkt store or pickup location during the applicable pickup period. No delivery will be arranged for store pickup orders unless separately agreed.

Pickup orders should be collected in a timely manner, especially where chilled, frozen, or perishable products are included. We are not responsible for quality issues caused by delayed collection after the order is ready for pickup, where permitted by law.

Delivery and pickup options shown at checkout may depend on your location, order value, product availability, delivery radius, store operations, and applicable shipping or pickup settings.

7. GroceryMarkt Wallet and Cashback Rewards

GroceryMarkt may offer a wallet and cashback rewards feature for registered customers. Cashback rewards are promotional store credits and are not cash, bank money, gift vouchers purchased by the customer, or a payment service.

Cashback is available only to registered customers who have a customer account on our website. Guest orders may not be eligible for wallet cashback unless otherwise stated.

Cashback may be offered on qualifying orders according to the cashback rules displayed on our website. Unless stated otherwise, qualifying orders above 50 € may receive 5% cashback, and qualifying orders above 100 € may receive 10% cashback.

Cashback is generally calculated on the eligible product order value after discounts and excludes shipping charges, delivery charges, wallet redemptions, and other non-eligible amounts.

Cashback is credited to the customer’s GroceryMarkt Wallet only after the relevant order has been completed. Cashback is not credited for unpaid, failed, cancelled, refunded, or incomplete orders.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, failed, unpaid, reversed, or otherwise adjusted after cashback has been credited, GroceryMarkt may reverse, reduce, or adjust the related cashback amount.

Wallet cashback can only be used for future purchases on GroceryMarkt. It cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, transferred, resold, converted to cash, paid out, or used outside the GroceryMarkt website.

Cashback expires 1 month after it is credited, unless stated otherwise. Expired cashback cannot be used and will not be reactivated unless GroceryMarkt chooses to do so at its discretion.

The amount of wallet cashback usable at checkout may be limited based on the available wallet balance, order value, technical rules, fraud prevention rules, or promotional conditions. The usable amount shown at checkout may therefore be lower than the total wallet balance.

GroceryMarkt reserves the right to correct wallet balances, reverse cashback, suspend wallet access, or cancel cashback rewards in case of technical errors, incorrect calculations, misuse, suspected fraud, abuse of promotions, cancelled orders, refund adjustments, or violation of these Terms.

Cashback offers may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time for future orders. Changes will not affect cashback already validly credited unless adjustment is required due to refund, cancellation, misuse, fraud, or technical error.

8. Offers, Discounts and Promotions

From time to time, GroceryMarkt may offer discounts, cashback offers, free shipping offers, launch offers, coupon codes, limited-time deals, sale campaigns, bundle offers, or other promotions.

Promotions may be subject to specific conditions, including minimum order value, product eligibility, customer account requirement, delivery location, availability, expiry date, usage limits, or other restrictions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers, coupons, wallet rewards, cashback rewards, or discounts.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or correct any offer, discount, cashback reward, promotion, or coupon in case of error, misuse, stock limitations, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If a promotion is applied incorrectly due to a technical error or incorrect information, we may correct the order total, cancel the order, or contact you before processing the order, where permitted by law.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Perishable products such as fresh fruits, vegetables, chilled items, frozen products, and other food products may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged, spoiled, incorrect, defective, or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery or pickup.

If an order is refunded, cancelled, partially refunded, or adjusted, any related cashback, wallet credit, coupon benefit, promotional discount, or free shipping benefit may also be reversed or adjusted accordingly.

Refunds may be made using the original payment method, wallet adjustment, coupon adjustment, or another reasonable method depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
